Perfect for beginners and wellness seekers wanting practical mental health skills in a supportive, non-clinical setting. Not suitable for those in crisis or needing intensive care.

Skill Level: No experience needed—just openness and willingness to grow.

Platform Compatibility: Join in-person or online via our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform on any device.

Purpose & Benefits

This 6-week program teaches skills to manage stress, anxiety, emotional regulation, and relationships. You’ll gain tools to build emotional resilience, improve communication, and set healthy boundaries. While not therapy, it offers immediate, practical skills to support your mental health journey and do life, better.

Program Structure

Duration: 6 weeks, with optional extension

Format: Structured, supportive sessions

Time Commitment: One 60-minute weekly session

Delivery: In-person at downtown Elgin or online via secure platform

Skill Level: Just openness and willingness to grow
