
Tena’s teaching journey began in California’s San Joaquin Valley and continued in the greater Chicagoland area, including the esteemed Chicago Public Schools system. With a Master of Arts in Early Childhood Education from Governors State University, she has dedicated her career to education, working with students from infants to college level. Throughout her career, Tena has seamlessly integrated Color Code Personality Science to understand individual motivations and leverage strengths to achieve goals.
Tena currently serves as our Public Relations Officer, playing a pivotal role in managing outreach and communication with clients and community members. She is committed to advocating for our organization’s values, ensuring clear and impactful messaging. Additionally, as a Color Code Personality Educator, Tena conducts weekly workshops for adults and companies. She believes strongly in the Color Code theory’s ability to provide deep insights into relationship dynamics and the factors influencing human interactions for both educators and students. Tena’s dedication to enhancing understanding and communication through this theory is a valuable asset to our organization and clients.
